Sr Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with a good understanding of Tally and Zoho Books software to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
Reviewing financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
Conducting periodic audits to ensure accurate financial records
Managing accounting software and maintaining accurate financial data
Preparing budgets and forecasts and monitoring financial performance against targets
Collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to provide financial information and support
Managing and mentoring junior accounting staff
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or a similar role
Excellent knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Availability for day shift and 6 days working
Female candidate preferred
