RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assessing the service needs of clients and cater them accordingly.
Coordinate with sales team for received queries related to service.
Having exp in field service, installation of machines.
Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
Reports problems and unresolved issues to management.
Promotes company products and services.
Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
Schedule appointments for clients, answering phones, and tracking clients’ service records.
Desired Candidate:
Must be having minimum 2 years of experience as industry service engg.
Is willing and able to travel for client meetings.
Demonstrates strong problem solving skills.
Excellent Communication & presentation skills, Drive to get things done, Concepts wise Strong, 2-Wheeler is Mandatory, Extensive Travelling.
