We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering data into our company's database accurately and efficiently. You will be expected to have good communication skills, a good typing speed, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Entering data into our company's database accurately and efficiently
Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
Maintaining accurate records of data entry activities and tasks
Identifying and correcting errors in data entry
Generating reports and performing basic data analysis as needed
Communicating with team members and management to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and accurately
Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
Performing other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Availability for day shift and 6 days working
